2. Use of the Service

PDF Master Converter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal and commercial document processing purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The Service may be used to:

• Merge, split, compress, edit, convert, and manage PDF files
• Convert between various document and image formats
• Add security, watermarks, signatures, and annotations to PDFs
• Extract text and content from PDFs using OCR technology

3. User Content & Files

You retain all ownership and rights to files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process those files solely for providing the requested service. Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. We do not access, share, or claim ownership of your content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to upload and process the files
• Your files do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your files do not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated scripts to overload or abuse the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent file size limits through repeated submissions

5. Accounts & Subscriptions

Account registration is optional for basic use. For registered accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by Nuzz Next Technology and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUZZ NEXT TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
